This section contains all the crucial information you need to prepare for the event, including key dates and times, logistics, and on-site amenities.
KEY EVENT TIMES
Location: Fönebasen, Ljusdals Municipal (See map link below)
Game length: May 6th (Thursday) - May 8tht (Saturday), 2027
Event area opens: May 5th (Wednesday) at 12:00 (lunch time)
No entry to the Event area before this time. Stay in the off-zone by parking.
From May 5th 12:01 until Game Start (May 6th 16:00), you may stay in your base area, but the rest of the game area is off-limits. TRAVEL INSIDE THE GAME AREA IS NOT ALLOWED.
Check-in & chrono:
May 5th (Wednesday): 18:00 - 20:00
May 6th (Thursday): 10:00 - 14:00
Exact times may be subject to change.
Mandatory briefings:
MILSIM players: May 6th (Thursday) 14:00 by the bar.
Vehicle briefing: May 6th (Thursday) 12:00 by the gate. This means ALL vehicles, both LARP and MILSIM.
LARP Players (and any non-MILSIM): May 6h (Thursday) at 15:30 by the bar.
All players MUST attend the briefing(s) before entering the game area.
Exact times and place may be subject to change.
Game start: May 6th (Thursday) at 16:00
Nightly game off (BASE only): 01:00 - 09:00 (daily)
Play continues outside the BASE area during these hours. Exercise caution as crew is not as readily available during these hours.Game ends: May 8th (Saturday) at 19:00
End game speech (Hangar): May 8th (Saturday) at 19:30
After action hangout (Hangar): May 8th (Saturday) at 20:00
Area closes / Players must depart by: May 9th (Sunday) at 11:00.
The area gates close promptly at 11:00. Please clean your area and dispose of all garbage in the dumpsters by the base toilets before then.

TICKET POLICY
All tickets are personal, non-transferable, and non-resalable. For more information read the General terms and conditions.
LOGISTICS & AMNENITITES
Transport:
Car: Recommended as the best way to reach Fönebasen.
Train: To Ljusdal station, then arrange taxi transport to the game area.
Inferno Games does not provide transports in any shape or form.
Accommodation: All players sleep outdoors. Bring your own tent, caravan, etc. Be aware that accommodations within the game area may be subject to in-game fire, this includes cars or caravans.
Power (220V): Limited availability at the BAR in the BASE.
Water: Drinkable water is provided at marked locations throughout the game area, off-zone, and base areas.
Food:
You are required to bring your own food to the event.
"MAGNUS Roadkill Restaurant": On-site inside the BAR, offering limited fast food (burgers, thai-food, snacks, soda).
Nearest Grocery Store: ICA in Färila.
Toilets: Located at marked points across the game area, off-zone, and near base areas.
HPA Refill: Unfortunately, we cannot provide HPA refills on-site. Check our Facebook group; other players may be able to assist, but it's not guaranteed.
Fires & Pyrotechnics:
All use of fire, BBQs, pyro, smoke, etc., is your personal responsibility. You are liable for any damage caused.
Pyro use is regulated by rules and only allowed on hard surfaces (tarmac, gravel, sand).
Campfires are only permitted in fire barrels or grills. "One-use grills" are for cooking only and must be under surveillance on hard surfaces.
Fire wood will be available for purchase on-site from the Fönebasen personnel.
CHRONO STATION
All players are required to undergo a mandatory chrono check in accordance with our rules. To ensure maximum accuracy, we utilize Garmin Xero C1 Pro radars for all measurements. To help the chrono process run smoothly and keep waiting times to a absolute minimum, please follow this step-by-step guide on "how to".
Always remember:
Eye protection: Eye protection must be ON at the chrono!
Magazines out: Keep magazines OUT of your gun until it is your turn.
1. Before darriving at the station
Know the rules: Read and understand all rules before approaching the chrono station.
Be prepared: Have all your gear ready ahead of time.
Load magazines: Pre-fill your magazines using approved BB weights (use the exact weight you plan to play with).
Power up: Connect and test your battery /gas /co2 /air /whatever so your airsoft guns are ready to shoot.
There will be tables for this step BEFORE the waiting lines for the chrono station.
2. At the test / chrono area
How many guns!?: There are two waiting lines, stand in the line with the number of weapons you intend to test.
Approach crew: Walk up to the crew member and wait for their instructions.
Follow orders: Insert your pre-loaded magazine and fire ONLY when commanded by the crew.
Wait for results: Hold position, clear your gun, and wait for the crew to confirm your results and mark the weapon.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PARTICIPANT
By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Valid ID: Carry a valid personal ID for verification (e.g., for emergencies or crew requests).
Event armband: Wear your ticket armband (received at check-in) and present it upon crew request.
Participation at own risk: All participation is at your own risk. Inferno Games minimizes risks, but accidents can happen. Ensure you have valid personal and property insurance.
Rules & briefings: You must participate in a safety briefing and have read and understood the rules.
Eye protection: Mandatory on the game area during game-on.
Hearing protection: Mandatory in CQB/kill-houses/in-game houses.
Vehicle insurance: If you bring a vehicle (car, ATV, dirt bike), ensure it has valid insurance and follows restrictions for travel upon public roads.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 18 years old by the day of game start to participate. Due to discussions with the Police authority, there are no exceptions for persons under 18.
ON-SITE STORE: Frysen Airsoft
Frysen Airsoft will set up shop on the game area. What you buy might be used during the event (within the rules). They will also have a larger assortment of products than last event and bring all the good vibes! Surprises might be in stock...
You will be able to buy things in their webshop and get it delivered to the game area and their temporary store. If you want this, choose "pick up at store" and add "Inferno Games" as a message to your order. This also means you don't have to pay for shipping.
Opening times will be posted close to the event.
