KEY EVENT TIMES

Game Length: May 14th (Thursday) - May 16tht (Saturday), 2026
Base Area Opens: May 13th (Wednesday) at 12:00 (lunch time)
No entry to the game area before this time. Stay in the off-zone by parking.
From May 13th 12:01 until Game Start (May 14th 16:00), you may stay in your base area, but the rest of the game area is off-limits. NO TRAVEL INSIDE THE GAME AREA IS ALLOWED.
Check-in & Chrono:

May 14th (Thursday): 10:00 - 14:00

Mandatory Safety Briefings:
MILSIM Players: May 14th (Thursday) at 13:00 by the hangar next to the WC-area.
MILSIM Vehicle Briefing: May 14th (Thursday) at 14:00 by the hangar next to the WC-area.
LARP Players (and All Others): May 14th (Thursday) at 15:30 in the Hangar (chill/restaurant area).
All players MUST attend a briefing before entering the game area.

Game Start: May 14th (Thursday) at 16:00
Nightly Game Off (BASE only): 01:00 - 09:00 (daily)
Play continues outside the BASE area during these hours. Exercise caution as crew is not as readily available during these hours.
Game Ends: May 16th (Saturday) at 19:00
End Game Speech (Hangar): May 16th (Saturday) at 19:30
After Action Hangout (Hangar): May 16th (Saturday) at 20:00
Area Closes / Players Must Depart By: May 17th (Sunday) at 11:00
Gates close promptly at 11:00. Please clean your area and dispose of all garbage in the dumpsters by the base toilets.
Player Tickets
Regular Ticket (One Person): 1375SEK
Vehicle Ticket (One Person + One In-Game Car): 1700SEK
Ticket Policy:
All tickets are personal, non-transferable, and non-resalable. This policy is strict due to previous administrative issues. For more information read the General terms and conditions.
Logistics & Amenities
Transport:
Car: Recommended as the best way to reach Fönebasen.
Train: To Ljusdal station, then arrange taxi transport to the game area.
Inferno Games does not provide transports in any shape or form.
Accommodation: All players sleep outdoors. Bring your own tent, caravan, etc. Be aware that accommodations within the game area may be subject to in-game fire, this includes cars or caravans.
Power (220V): Limited availability at the BAR in the BASE.
Water: Drinkable water is provided at marked locations throughout the game area, off-zone, and base areas.
Food:
You are required to bring your own food to the event.
"MAGNUS Roadkill Restaurant": On-site inside the BAR, offering limited fast food (burgers, thai-food, snacks, soda).
Nearest Grocery Store: ICA in Färila.
Toilets: Located at marked points across the game area, off-zone, and near base areas.
HPA Refill: Unfortunately, we cannot provide HPA refills on-site. Check our Facebook group; other players may be able to assist, but it's not guaranteed.
Fires & Pyrotechnics:
All use of fire, BBQs, pyro, smoke, etc., is your personal responsibility. You are liable for any damage caused.
Pyro use is regulated by rules and only allowed on hard surfaces (tarmac, gravel, sand).
Campfires are only permitted in fire barrels or grills. "One-use grills" are for cooking only and must be under surveillance on hard surfaces.
Fire wood will be available for purchase on-site from the Fönebasen personnel.
On-Site Store: Frysen Airsoft
Frysen Airsoft will set up shop on the game area. Their shop will be available from Wednesday as check in begins until game on on Thursday. During Friday and Saturday they will have their shop open a few hours in the morning and the evening. What you buy might be used during the event (within the game rules). They will also have a larger assortment of products than last event and bring all the good vibes! Surprises might be in stock...
You will be able to buy things in their webshop and get it delivered to the game area and their temporary store. If you want this, choose "pick up at store" and add "Inferno Games" as a message to your order. This also means you don't have to pay for shipping. If you want your order delivered to Frysen on site store, you have until the 10th of May to place your order.
Your Responsibilities as a Participant
By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Valid ID: Carry a valid personal ID for verification (e.g., for emergencies or crew requests).
Event Armband: Wear your ticket armband (received at check-in) and present it upon crew request.
Participation at Own Risk: All participation is at your own risk. Inferno Games minimizes risks, but accidents can happen. Ensure you have valid personal and property insurance.
Rules & Briefings: You must participate in a safety briefing and have read and understood the game rules (the full PDF and the on-page summary).
Eye Protection: Mandatory on the game area during game-on.
Hearing Protection: Mandatory in CQB/kill-houses/in-game houses.
Vehicle Insurance: If you bring a vehicle (car, ATV, dirt bike), ensure it has valid insurance and follows restrictions for travel upon public roads.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years old by the day of game start to participate. Due to discussions with the Police authority, there are no exceptions for persons under 18.
